About this house rental
Beautiful, comfortable villa "Il Sogno Di Pietro", surrounded by trees and fields. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 6 km from the centre of Castiglion Fiorentino. Private: property 6'500 m2 (fenced), lawn, swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Apr. - 30. Oct.). Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: infrared sauna, spa area (all included). Parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1.5 km, thermal baths "Rapolano Terme" 37 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno". Nearby attractions: Cortona 13 km, Arezzo 16 km, Lucignano 20 km, Passignao Sul Trasimeno 31 km, Castiglione Del Lago 33 km, Pienza 47 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Annex consisting of a living room/kitchenette, one double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The mentioned pool can be heated at an additional cost, subject to prior booking of the service.

We had the most amazing stay on this villa! We were a family of 5 with a small child. Needless to say, we chose it for the spacious territory, and it in didn't disappoint at all. Gorgeous garden with so much space to roam around and run, discover and play in the grass, our toddler was fascinated! unfortunately it was too cold to swim, but we would sometimes sit by the pool and enjoy the sun.
Beautifully decorated inside the house, you can find anything you need. Gorgeous place to stay! Loved it

My family and I had an unforgettable vacation here. It was so nice to relax and recover from all of the walking and sightseeing during our first week in Italy. The kids loved swimming and exploring the property. We took some trips to Pienza and Val D’Orcia and enjoyed dinner and walking around Castiglion Fiorentino. It was easy to take the train into Florence for the day from the station close to the house. Everything you might need is minutes away but the property felt like a peaceful retreat.
