Surrounded by a beautiful private garden, it features a large furnished terrace with table, chairs, and swings—the perfect spot to enjoy stunning lake views. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table, and a living area with a sofa. The sleeping area has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a sofa bed, and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms with shower cabins. The property also includes a storage cellar with deck chairs for your use and two children’s bikes. The villa offers ample parking shared with the other part of the house.
