Spacious rooms, centrally located and budget friendly. It is in the midst of the bazaar with 10 mins walking distance to the aarti ghat. Staff is also very polite.
The wardrobes were very old and dirty. Linen was also dirty sometimes. The shower barely had any hot water during the early hours of the day (around 4/5 AM). We complained to them about it a few times during our stay and they reassured us that the boiler was working properly. However, it was still not easy to take shower in cold water in the winter.

Cleanliness, closeness to har ki poudi ghat, closeness to manasa devi temple. The location in close proximity to the bazar so lots of opportunities for local shopping. Owner and staff are very polite and helpful. They accomodated my request for late check-out as well.
As it's inside the bazar lane, difficult to go with a 4 wheeler. Even if you hire a uber taxi, it will drop you bit far from the hotel and you have to walk like 500 meters from there to reach hotel

Hotel was good, it was clean and place was good, very near to main centre of place.
All the switch board were not working properly, we were not able to charge our electronic gadgets due to this problem and toilet jet spray was not working properly, and once we ask to hotel staff to change room but they didn't provide other room.
