This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa sleeps 6, featuring two luxurious king suites, a queen guest room, and two complimentary golf carts, a 4-passenger and 6-passenger! The open living area is great for relaxing, with a sparkling clean kitchen boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for 6. Soaring ceilings, travertine floors, and scenic patio views of Baytowne Golf Course make this home a true standout.
The first-floor owner’s suite offers a king bed, blackout drapes, TV, and en-suite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second king suite features a private bath with a tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet, while the queen suite has its own spacious full bath. Washer/dryer sets on both floors add convenience.

•Free parking lot: Located north of the Beach House Restaurant, just past the Dunes Putting Course. This is a larger gravel/Geogrid lot (about 150 spaces) and requires a longer walk to the beach access.
•Paid parking lot: Located south of the free lot, beyond the access gate, much closer to the beach. The fee is $20 per day for visitors.
