The comfortable apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the district east of the beautiful Baltic resort Kühlungsborn. Just a stone's throw from the house there is a supermarket (Aldi), a bus stop and a petrol station. The fine sandy beach and the boat harbor Kühlungsborn is not even 700m - that's not even ten minutes on foot and just three minutes by bike. In just 5 minutes you are at Molli-station Kühlungsborn Ost, where the bus station is located. The apartment is of course also a parking space, which is located directly at the house.
