The newly built in 2017 70 m² non-smoking apartment No. 02 Tern in House Windrose is located on the ground floor and offers space for 2 to max. 4 adults. A well thought-out room layout as well as a high-quality equipment offer you all possibilities for a relaxing holiday. The furnished fitted kitchen is located in the combined cooking / dining area. A dishwasher, a refrigerator with ice compartment, 4 zones of ceramic hob with oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a water cooker and various kitchen utensils will provide you with everything you need for cooking. In the adjacent dining area is a large dining table with 4 chairs available. From the dining / living area you have direct access to the seating 26 m² terrace (south / west) of which 13 m² covered and a parasol. Relax and relax in a living area equipped with modern white Hülsta furniture, two cozy leather couches, two couches and two floor lamps. A radio with CD player and Bluetooth, a flat-screen TV with soundbar, a Blue Ray player as well as various corporate games contribute to your entertainment. A washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron with ironing board and a vacuum cleaner are at your disposal. All rooms are equipped with insect screens, underfloor heating and a room ventilation system and can be darkened by shutters. A car can be parked on the free parking space No. 02 directly at the house. You can bring your own or rented bicycles into the lockable storage room No. 02 (at the car parking space) which belongs to the apartment. There is also a connection for charging pedelecs. Directly on the house is a barbecue area with seating. Pets are not allowed. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. Our high quality modern and lovingly furnished 70 m² holiday apartment Tern is located in the Baltic Sea Thiessow, which is surrounded by three sides of the Baltic Sea. It offers a unique Baltic Sea feeling. A spacious, west-facing terrace invites you to linger and relax. Several gently sloping beaches with beautiful white sand or natural green in the Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen can be reached at about 100 meters, depending on your preference. The cycling and hiking trails right on the doorstep invite you to explore and discover nature. On the west beach you will find next to the mole section with breakwater a beach for water sports. Various restaurants, a small supermarket with a bakery and public transport links can be found in the immediate vicinity.
