We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. One of the most relaxing get-aways that we have had in a while. Only left the mountain once because we ran out of coffee! This cabin provided several quiet areas to sit and enjoy nature! The 20 steps to get downstairs to the bedroom was a killer for me, but my husband enjoyed the “workout”.

The cabin is perfect for two people. Many nights we cooked in the nice kitchen and ate out on the porch. The deck had a gass grill and a small table for 2. Two loungers and a swing. Going downstairs you have a big bedroom with plenty of storage and an awesome bathroom with a huge shower (multi head shower) and whirlpool tub. Our favorite part was going outside on the deck outside the bedroom to the hot tub! We used the tub every night. The cabin was 25 minutes from Gatlinburg but the driving was easy. No traffic. We would definitely stay again in the Ever After cabin!

The cabin is nice and the view is beautiful! The surrounding area was gorgeous, and it was very quiet and peaceful. It was a little hard to get to, though, and I definitely would not attempt it without a truck. I was a little disappointed with some of the amenities for the price, however. The jacuzzi was filthy, with black specks shooting out of the jets after we turned them on. The water in the fridge didn't work, and the water from the sink tasted like chemicals. They asked us to do the dishes, but didn't really leave enough dish soap to do that. There was a washer and dryer, but we had to buy laundry soap to wash the towels and washcloths, since there weren't enough washcloths to last us the entire trip. There also wasn't enough toilet paper or Kleenex. It seemed a bit stingy to charge us that much for a cabin and only provide one roll of toilet paper and an empty box of Kleenex. Also, they had a bunch of inaccurate instructions for using the TV, hot tub, and other amenities. To sum up, the cabin itself and the location were beautiful, but for what we were paying, I would have expected a little better service.
