The first floor bedroom has a split AC. Bedrooms on the second floor have portable AC units during summer months. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

Excellent experience! House was spacious, well maintained and all amenities as described in the listing. This was a perfect location - beautiful setting and easily accessible to all points of interest. Check in & check out were seamless and our host quickly responded to any questions. Can't wait to return!!

As a guest at Shiva’s condo in New Hampshire, I can say that my experience was fantastic! The condo was impeccably clean and well-stocked with all the essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to ski slopes and local attractions, allowing easy access to everything we wanted to enjoy.The flexibility with check-in times was a huge plus, as it made our travel itinerary much simpler. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, the host was very responsive and attentive, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Overall, it was an ideal choice for a ski getaway!
