About this cottage rental
The house takes just under one half of a 2008 new under the old typical local model built thatched house in the quiet town center of Morgenitz. It is immediately adjacent to the pottery Danegger. The house itself corresponds in color and thatched roof with the Potter estate, the former Morgenitzer Manor. The view from the living room follows the gently rising toward the forest, 2000m² plot, mainly a large orchard with sauna house (autumn 08). Here guests will find peace and relaxation. With the two bicycles belonging to the house, but it can be open at any time, the area for Peenestrom and backwaters (3 km) towards or even to the Baltic (about 16 km to Seebad Bansin) to explore. A lockable bike shed is available. The golf course (4 km) in Balm with 18-hole course or the equestrian centers offer more opportunities for leisure activities. Hikers will definitely get their money. In the port Rankwitz (3 km) you can rent boats or relax in the beer garden overlooking the harbor and Peene or in the restaurant with regional fish specialties. There are shopping in the approximately 6 km distant city Usedom. Bus and train options are sown somewhat scarce. Next train stop is located about 10 km away in Schmollensee, so the journey by car recommended. A parking space is available on the property.

The NO SMOKING apartment or Detached house on two floors (48 sqm) consists of a living room with open kitchen, in front of a large terrace, a bathroom and two bedrooms in Obergeschoß.Die kitchen, American style, is equipped with the full range modern kitchen appliances (dishwasher, microwave, etc.) , large dining table and wicker seating area with TV (DVD, CD player), fireplace and underfloor heating. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, heated towel rails and also underfloor heating. Two separate bedrooms. 1 Floor (1 x double and 1 x twin beds 0,90 x 2,00 m) can accommodate four adults. The large garden can be shared with the guests, the planned garden sauna is from autumn offer relaxation. In a large terrace there is a cozy sitting area and a barbecue. The property includes two bicycles. The initial supply of bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
