Just a two-minute walk from the fine sandy beach, facing away from the road and surrounded by greenery, is Casa Nova, built in 2003 in Tuscan style. The southern flair has been carefully adapted to the architecture of the area. Typical features here are the sloped roof, partially grouped windows, shutters and the recessed staggered floor, which offers space for large, sunny terraces in south-west location. The holiday domicile with a Mediterranean living ambience directly in the center of the district West of the Baltic Sea resort Kühlungsborn. Shops and shops for daily needs as well as boutiques, restaurants, cafes, doctors and a pharmacy are nearby. Balconies (north, east and south) from which you can enjoy the view of the surroundings. Both bedrooms are equipped with double bed. A bathroom with shower and toilet and a bath with toilet complete the picture of this apartment. Per person a laundry package is available as an initial supply.
