Come visit us and see our newly renovated Beach Side Villas complex after a 6-million-dollar renovation. The area attracts people, and they keep coming back!! We have a wonderful view of the ocean and sand dunes. Our unit has Wi-Fi so bring your laptops and connect to the internet free of charge. This 2 Bedroom Condo is the larger of the 2-bedroom units at BSV. This is ground floor level so no steps to deal with. We have just updated our kitchen with granite counter tops, glass tile backsplash and new kitchen cabinets. Bathrooms have been updated with new lighting, faucets and mirrors. You are only steps away from our unit to one of the most beautiful, award winning, white sand Beaches in the US! Enjoy the 17-mile bike trail on scenic 30-A and only a short walk on the beach in front of our complex to picturesque Deer Lake State Park. The park has 1,700 acres of the most beautiful natural scenery and also is a wildlife sanctuary with walking trails. Its worth the visit to this secluded beach area. New laminate floors in bedrooms. New living room furniture with sofa bed and accent chairs. Small ocean view from the deck.

The unit was clean and well stocked. The outside of the buildings are clean and very neat, easy parking, enjoyed the pool. The inside needs some updating but otherwise met our expectations.

Great place, awesome location and view from balcony. The pictures actually don’t do it enough justice. Enough space for us and 4 kids. Everything we needed was in the condo.the beach is near enough to walk but the shuttle they offer is super nice and easy to use also! We will be back!

This was our 2nd trip to 30A (Santa Rosa Beach) and we would definitely stay at this property again. 5 min walk to public beach access, but in the evening we would take the 1 min walk to the private access. AC worked great, had almost everything we needed (need at least 1 non-stick pan for stovetop) and absolutely no complaints!
