Renovated inside and out. Very modern finishes, 2 block walk to the beach and Pleasure Pier. Perfect for families. Great Neighborhood, easy walking distance to park, skate park, splash pad, beach, and many restaurants. You will love this place! 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Home. Quiet Neighborhood walking distance to many family friendly activities. You can drive to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens in about 10 minutes. You can drive to the Strand in about 3 minutes. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes without children and about 6 minutes with children. You can walk to the park in about 3 minutes as well with tennis courts, skate park, splash pad and playground.

The location of this rental was perfect - blocks from the Pleasure Pier and surrounded by many restored homes that were so fun to see. It was all absolutely walkable. The rental had what we needed and was pretty comfortable for our long weekend. We had all needed information given well in advance of our trip and communication with the owners was really easy. Thanks so much!

this place was amazing. I would definitely stay again. We stayed for setting my buddy to sea for texas a&m school. Made the experience great and a safe place.
