This superior remodeled unit with exquisite furnishings is a site to behold. A true heaven on earth. The same renters keep on returning year after year to this special paradise. Boutique shops, health food store and wonderful restaurants across the street. Between 2 of the best beaches on the island with life guards. Fabulous snorkeling in front of the building with turtles and an octopus as residents. A TRULY HEAVEN ON EARTH Amenities: Answering machine, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wireless internet, CD player, VCR, flat screen t.v's, and white wood shutters on all windows.

We have stayed at the Royal Mauian 6 times and have always loved the convenience and closeness to the beach in particular and to all of the nearby amenities. This unit had the best view of any we have stayed at; we enjoyed watching the snorkelers, paddleboarders, outriggers and especially the turtles every morning while having breakfast on the lanai!The unit could use some refreshing with the furniture and kitchen being a bit dated but we had no complaints with the comfort or utility of anything and every amenity we could think of was supplied. Our 2 week stay was fantastic as usual including great weather.

Perfect location! If you flew in and didn’t have a car you’d be ok as the condo is perfectly located to all that you will need. The condo itself (although dated) works well for 2 couples and is stocked with all you could need, from bathroom supplies, beach toys and an abundance of kitchen supplies. The lanai is a nice size and you can’t beat that view! Highly recommend this condo and wouldn’t think twice about returning

We loved our stay at this condo! My favorite part was enjoying morning coffee on the lanai while watching the turtles right out front. The beach was just steps from the building — perfect for peaceful morning walks and catching the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The condo itself was spotless, tidy, and everything was in perfect working order.Another bonus was the location — easy walking distance to great restaurants right across the street, plus shaved ice for a treat. While the unit doesn’t have AC, opening the sliding doors let in the afternoon breeze, which kept things comfortable. We would definitely love to stay here for our next visit!

I LOVE the Royal Mauian!! The location is the best on the island!! My only concern with this condo was it was not as clean as I expected. It is requested 'removed shoes' and upon entering the condo we found two pieces of glass on the floor, we then kept our shoes on. The blinds in both bedrooms had not been cleaned in quite some time, a thick layer of dust was 'caked' on them and the beautiful mermaid coffee table was very dusty, also caked on, like the blinds. I still feel the Royal Mauian is the best, but thought you should be aware the cleaning was not at all as expected.
