Of course the area is absolutely lovely and stunning and who couldn't have a good vacation ... a few minor details would aid in that experience when renting this unit. 1) I had sent 4 different emails requesting info about the area, what was in the unit etc., as I would have liked to have pre-purchased groceries but noone ever returned those inquires. 2) We had friends staying in other units who were provided in their unit with a cooler for the beach, beach chairs and towels ... this unit had one umbrella, but no chairs, no umbrellas and one towel ... 3) the place could use a little updating but when on holidays perhaps that's not the most important thing. 4) I was told on checkin to count on nothing being in the unit, so on top of regular groceries, purchased salt and pepper, some other spice, coffee and filters ... The room not only had salt and pepper, but a welcome package from Castle Rock that included several spices, and there was coffee filters in the unit ... as we were in very early and didn't have access to the unit for quite some time, we went ahead and got groceries before seeing the unit.
