Close to theme parks, this family-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Let your feet make short work of the 12-minute walk to Place d'Italie or easily tackle the quick 7-minute drive to Luxembourg Gardens. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Paris by hopping on a metro at either Poterne des Peupliers Tram Stop, a short 7-minute walk away, or Stade Charléty Tram Stop, 8 minutes away.

This little house was absolutely perfect for my 10 day stay in Paris! It is tucked into an adorable, quiet courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet and away from the crowded tourist areas. But still only a short metro ride from everything you want to see and do in Paris. There are several shops and excellent restaurants all within walking distance. The host is beyond amazing! From the time I made the booking until the day I departed she was available for any questions I had and very responsive. The house itself is exactly as it is described in the listing. The upstairs bedroom is full of natural light during the day, and cozy and comfortable at night. I highly recommend this house if you want a clean, comfy, quiet stay and to feel like a real Parisian!
