Cherry Garth is a warm and welcoming home sleeping up to eight people in four bedrooms.
This stylish home at the heart of Keswick is the perfect place for families or walking groups to come together for an unforgettable stay in the Lake District. The property offers light and airy accommodation with quality fittings and contemporary finishes throughout following recent refurbishment, from under floor heating on the ground floor, to the spacious triple aspect lounge/dining room with walk in bay and double patio doors.
The well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, electric hob and granite worktops , is sure to make food preparation and dining a pleasure. The spacious open plan living room/ dining space with Smart TV is the perfect place to gather together and catch up on the day's events.
There are two beautiful ground floor bedrooms, both with quality mattresses and beds dressed in luxury linen and towels, and each conveniently having modern ensuite shower rooms.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which ca be made up as super king-size on request (£15 charge for this service). Between the two bedrooms is the newly refurbished three piece bathroom for those who prefer a nice soak to relax and refresh tired muscles!
The useful utility room has washing facilities along with space to store coats, boots and walking gear.
The private enclosed garden with seating enjoys a south faced position catching the sun all day. A lovely place to relax with a drink or good book after a day on the fells!

CHERRY GARTH WAS BEAUTIFUL AS IS KESWICK BUT LACKED WRITTEN INFORMATION ON VARIOUS THINGS, I.E. THE MAIN ISSUE WAS THE HEATING WHICH EITHER WAS BOUNCING OFF THE WALLS OR NOT ON AT ALL. THERE WAS NO BOOKLET AND I HAD TO RING THE AGENCY A FEW TIMES. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL THOUGH. SECONDLY ANOTHER ISSUE WAS USING THE OVEN, WHICH WE WANTED TO USE AS A GRILL, FOUR OF US SPENT HALF AN HOUR TRYING TO FIND OUT HOW TO USE IT AND IN THE END WE CHANGED OUR PLANS ABOUT WHAT WE WERE EATING. AGAIN NO INFORMATION WRITTEN TO LOOK AT. THE INTERNET IS VERY PATCHY AND NOT GOOD BUT THAT IS NOT ANYBODYS FAULT AND CAN'T BE HELPED BUT IF WE HAD SOME WRITTEN INFO ON THE APPLIANCES IT WOULD BE VERY HELPFL

Stayed for second time in Cherry Garth. What a lovely house. Tasteful modern decor. Spotlessly clean. Well kitted out kitchen. Outdoor enclosed eating area..rare I this location. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location we had issues with the sofas they were very uncomfortable they really need to be replaced other than that everything else was fine

We had a great stay at Cherry Garth, the location was perfect unfortunately the weather was typical February rain, snow and wind. But still managed some good walks as had appropriate clothing with us. The property is a great for a good mix of people and very dog friendly. The only down comment we had was that the sofas were very uncomfortable and have seen better days. Also getting the property information electronically is good in some ways, but not helpful if the person receiving the link is out for the day and other people have an issue. Also there are no instructions for anything, i.e. oven, microwave, how to adjust bathroom towel rails downstairs. This information would have been handy.
