This spacious tastefully decorated beach home comes with a large living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 4 comfortable sleeping areas, 2.5 baths, washer/dryer, and a great covered outdoor deck. There are 4 Smart TV areas also, complete with Wi-Fi, and the home features a backyard for kids to enjoy playing.
The guests have use of the house, all decks, and the backyard, including the gazebo with firepit. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. You can access the entire property except for those areas that have keyed entries (ie housecleaning and maintenance closets).

There were some things we weren’t thrilled about though - the home was advertised as a five minute walk to the beach but was definitely 10. We were traveling with kids and this was a big factor in where we booked, so we were disappointed at being misled. Also unless you have extremely small cars, I don’t see how four cars would ever fit in the driveway as listed. We had two average sized trucks and could barely fit them. The fence in the back needs to be repaired and is falling over. Also the area wasn’t the best… there were abandoned homes and what appeared to be a fairly large homeless population. There would be adults at the beach who appeared to be on drugs openly mocking everyone they saw, including children, and loudly cussing and playing loud music with cussing and vulgarity. Once evening hits (I’m talking 6:00, not late hours), even the local playgrounds are took over by teens/adults cussing and partying. I know a lot of this isn’t the fault of the owner, which is why I’m still giving the property four stars. I wished I would have known before I took my children to this area though.

Great getaway place with a short walk to the beach. The downtown area is a short drive with plenty of nice restaurants. The owner was great to work with.
