Beautiful oasis nestled in a quiet suburb outside of Buffalo, N.Y. where you’ll truly feel at home. Spacious 3BR/2BA home close to the interstate, minutes from the airport, 20 mins from Niagara Falls and the local sporting arenas and stadiums. The home is surrounded by shops, restaurants, grocery and drug stores for your convenience. A tranquil sun room with a private backyard and deck, perfect for relaxation or working remotely. Plenty of storage and amenities to add to your home away from home experience. The home is also monitored by a ring door bell at the front door and 2 ring cameras: one on the garage and one on the deck.

It was a good space and location for our stay. Maybe a few updates are needed (the sofa in the sunroom comes to mind) but overall was a good value for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was a great location. The property was lovely, very clean, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. It was clear a lot of thought went into the details, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The owners were great to work with—communication was quick, clear, and helpful throughout. We would definitely rent this home again and highly recommend it to others!

We have stayed here several times. We love the location. The house is nicely furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped enough that we were able to host four friends for dinner.

Host was great to coordinate with and very helpful. Spent a lot of time at the house as our trip included remote work time. The internet connection is great as my wife and I had multiple parallel conference calls and large file downloads with no problems. Full kitchen had everything we needed and we used the crockpot for chili. Wonderful stay and definitely at top of lest for options when we are in the Amherst/Buffalo area.
