Your host:
Madame Matignon warmly welcomes you to the family estate, surrounded by vineyards in the Grande Champagne region of Cognac. The estate includes the main house, the Gîte des Collinauds with its enclosed courtyard, and a former oil and flour mill converted into group accommodation. She will introduce you to the charm of this region, where the "liqueur of the gods" is produced: the landscapes, but also the people. You can also learn about life on the estate more than a century ago through the display of horse-drawn carriages and antique tools.
