About this house rental
This home was in need of a lot of attention but we knew we had to have it with the view and potential we saw in the house. You can sit in the living room and enjoy the view or go out on the spacious patio to enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen is very well stocked that any cook will appreciate.
The air conditioner is for the main room. Bedrooms do not have air conditioning but the evenings are usually quite cool to just open your window and let the fresh air in.

If you like to visit national parks and monuments, this is the place to stay. The property is less than a two hour drive to Arches, Canyon Land, Mesa Verde, Canyons of the Ancient, Bears Ear and Hovenweep.

We had the most incredible time at this property! Monticello is a cute little town with very nice people! The house was immaculate and felt like home! The house had everything we needed - the upgrades were fantastic, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was large, and the kitchen was exceptional. We even had deer stolling by in the mornings and evenings! The communication with the owner was top notch as well! I would love to come back!

Especially lovely home with beautiful views of the mountain, sparkling clean, great decor. We had everything we needed and even more. Hosts were totally helpful and responsive. Location was closest to the Needles section of the park. Wonderful!

This was a really nicely updated house with a great kitchen, a cool mid century modern vibe and lovely art. The radiant heat is nice. The owner was very good to work with. However with only two guests for a 2 night stay there was some difficulty with the plumbing so a group of six might be asking too much of the place.
