This Hawaiian home gives you the best of both worlds, nestled up close to the Koolau mountains with an ocean view. The house will accommodate 6 guests. Incl 3 bd/1ba, a kitchen & plenty of living space. We aim to make this space feel like your home away from home. If you work remote, this is the perfect place for you!

The house rental was a great find. It’s nestled right at the foot of the mountains yet just four minutes to the Kamehameha highway, and about 40 minutes into Waikiki. It was very clean though a little worn in places. There’s a well-equipped kitchen, but no dishwasher or food waste disposal. There is one bathroom with a smallish shower. The living room is open and bright, with extra large windows looking over the back yard. It is well-cooled if you happen to visit in the hotter months (mini-splits in four rooms). This is not a super fancy place, it’s just comfortable. Good find. Nice people, too!

We liked this property because it was outside the touristy areas and gave a more authentic experience. It was clean and well maintained. Could use a few more dishes/utensils in the kitchen but that is pretty minor. One other general comment that is outside the owners control is the wandering roosters start early in the morning.
