About this house rental
Summary:
Indulge in luxury with this holiday residence, where unrivaled vistas of the Whitsunday Islands await. This tropical retreat is perfect for families, friends, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations.
Designed to enhance panoramic views, this home features a layout that seamlessly integrates indoor/outdoor living. Including lush gardens, a stunning wet-edge pool and let’s not forget the mesmerizing views! This is the perfect home for your Whitsunday escape!
The Space:
Beyond the private courtyard lies the entrance to the property on the main level. Here, an expansive open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area unfolds, seamlessly integrating the courtyard on one side and magnificent, unobstructed views on the other. There is a suspended concrete deck near the pool area, perfect for entertaining or all-day lounging. The main level also features a generously sized bedroom with an office space, offering, a modern bathroom and discreet laundry facilities.
On the upper level - the master suite is a private sanctuary, boasting awesome views from its private deck, a large ensuite and wardrobe space.
The lower ground floor is accessed down external stairs and is seperate from the main house (entrance is located at side of pool area). Here you can discover two beautiful bedrooms. The rooms are adjoining and served by a modern bathroom - perfect for families!
The Neighborhood:
There are a number of enjoyable bushwalks to enjoy in the area, offering amazing views, coral beaches and time in nature.
The harbour nearby offers various tours to the islands (our travel team can assist in booking these)
This property is located in a residential area, and whilst you have absolute privacy, we do remind our guests to please be concsious of neighbours and abide by our noise restrictions and no party policy.
Getting Around:
There is a bus service that runs regularly and taxis are also available, but we would suggest a hire car as the best option, giving you more flexibility to explore the surrounds or visit the supermarket or restaurants whenever you feel like it. Chances are you wont want to leave the house though so an order for delivery from the supermarket or one of our suppliers is also a great option. Our concierge team will be happy to assist.

he house was really nice, with a great pool, views, and surroundings. Our complaint was that we felt the house was not represented correctly. It worked out for us since we were all adults, but I’m not sure it would suit a family. It is listed as a four-bedroom house, but in fact, it is a two-bedroom house with a detached building that has a further two bedrooms and a bathroom included. There are 19 large outdoor steps down to these rooms, and unfortunately, it was raining most nights, so we got quite wet going to bed. These two downstairs bedrooms are actually one room separated by two steps up and no door, so they are not really two rooms and lack privacy. The back bedroom is quite pokey and claustrophobic. The standard of this downstairs space is not in keeping with the house itself.There was only one hairdryer provided for three bathrooms, the mugs and glasses didn’t match, and there could have been more crockery and cutlery provided. When paying this much for a property, this feels a bit cheap.There are also safety concerns if you had children with you, the porch around the pool is quite tall with no barrier and a drop straight onto concrete below. I don’t know if it is council compliant but it’s a long way to fall on concrete. Overall, while we appreciated the charm of the house and the stunning views, clearer communication about the property’s layout and improvements in safety and amenities would greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

Amazing place, incredible view and lots of thoughtful touches around the place. The hosts were very responsive. It’s in a peaceful quiet location just 10 min out of the heart of airlie beach. Highly recommend, will certainly book this place again in the future.
