About this farm stay rental
This authentic, cozy farmhouse, originally built in the early 1900’s, has been recently renovated with modern day comforts. Enjoy excellent views of the valley on these 35 pastoral acres with Junaluska Creek meandering through. Bring your fishing gear to catch trout, watch the cows graze in the pasture, relax on the large back deck while watching the sun set over the foothills of the Smoky Mountains.

The house is on a beautiful farm with a cow pasture in the back. The views out back are gorgeous. Inside, you see the original parts of the home immediately and the charm is outstanding. I haven't been in a cleaner rental in years. The bathrooms were updated as well as the kitchen. The snug or living room was the perfect size with cozy furniture and plenty of room for a large family. The bedrooms were beautifully and tastefully furnished. The only downside, which is a small downside is the proximity of the home to the road. You will hear cars passing by while in the house BUT the white noise machines the the bedrooms made this a non issue at night. Overall, beautiful property and great proximity to the rail bike tour in Andrews and the Nantahala Outdoor Center. Would rent again!

Really enjoy staying at the farmhouse. The house is clean and newly renovated. The driveway is easy to drive in and out as it is flat and wide enough for our suv. The house is close to town and conveniently located between rafting centers and Murphy. This is our second year staying and will be back next year.

This home is so pretty- beautiful scenery in the back yard and gorgeous inside. Nice, comfy living space and good outdoor area. The host was so nice and helpful when we had to make some changes. The only thing I wish I would have paid closer attention to is that the home is RIGHT by the highway- like 30 yards from front door to road. This wasn’t too bad for us since it was cool and we didn’t spend too much time outside, but could have been a turn off it we were looking for more private outside time.Just be aware. But overall, the experience was very nice!

We come to Andrews every summer and stay at VRBO’s. This is our new favorite place to stay. The house is easy to drive up to. It is close to town. It is very clean and appears to be recently renovated. The 3 zone air conditioning allowed our party of 7 to comfortably sleep in their preferred temperature. The owner/manager was quick to respond to questions before our arrival. Keyless entry made it very easy for our party’s separate coming and going. Will look to stay here again next year!
