Our condominium is located in front of the stunning seafront, offering panoramic views of Armação beach. It is a perfect retreat for those who want to enjoy the beautiful landscapes, ship visits and the Buzios lifestyle, all while being able to enjoy everything on foot;

We have 2 parking spaces. Pedestrian entry is at the front; vehicles enter at the next right after the gatehouse (on the side of the condominium);

The house features 4 air-conditioned suites that can accommodate up to 10 people as follows:

1st Upstairs suite - Double bed + extra single mattress and bathroom; (3 people)

2nd Suite - Double bed + extra single mattress and bathroom; (3 people)

3rd Suite - Double bed and bathroom; (2 people)

4th Suite - Double bed and bathroom; (2 people)

*If guests wish, we are available to recommend excellent cleaning staff who can prepare breakfast, lunch, and organize the house as needed. We can also recommend barbecue chefs if you need these extra services during your stay;

* The house and the condominium do not provide a barbecue grill, in accordance with the condominium’s internal regulations.

Check-ins/outs are generally self-service for entry and exit. During exceptional times, check-in/out is done in person in cases of exceptional times, or times when there are no condominium staff or team members on duty.
