In the area to attend graduation at UGA and wanted something with a bit more room for the family to spread out. This was the perfect choice. Nicely updated property with everything we needed. Quiet street that's just a short walk to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are larger than expected, the bathrooms were great, and the front porch was a nice place to unwind.We enjoyed this place so much, we've already booked it for our next trip to Monroe.

We had such a lovely stay! The house was beautiful and the pool was a hit with our kids. Check in was super easy and communication with the owners was fantastic. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time visiting with our grandchildren & great grand baby. The house was beautiful & perfect for us. The hosts were great & we look forward to staying again.
