Seahorse Sunsets is a beautiful two-story home located in quiet neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The private downstairs lockout is the perfect private getaway when traveling with multiple families, providing the 4th bedroom/3rd full bath. Lockout suite also has its own kitchenette and laundry. The Main level of the home offers 3 large bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms, Full Kitchen, Living room, Dining room and Laundry.
The exterior of this home features a 2nd floor balcony overlooking the backyard, gas and charcoal grill, and patio table, but for those hot summer days the full-size pool is a great place to congregate!

My wife and I plan a family beach trip each year. We owned a condo in Destin for about 12 years (Seaside) and so know the area fairly well. All of that to say we we have a deep appreciation for how challenging great property management is. Let me tell you, this property is very well managed. The listing is accurate, the cleanliness couldn’t be better, the amenities (best stocked utensils & cookware kitchen ever). Excellent AC system, pool was clean and fresh and a perfect place for our granddaughters to play & practice their swimming. A big plus for me was how private it was, no buildings adjoin the south or east property lines and most of the west side is screened by trees. There’s plenty of shaded porch space, bicycles, etc. Two sets of grandparents, mom & dad, one Bogey (dog) and two beautiful granddaughters (3 & 5) agree.

We absolutely love this gorgeous property. We would definitely stay here again. The pool was perfect and the location was super convenient.

We stay at this house every year and we love it! The layout is perfect for multiple families. The neighborhood is quiet and it's close enough we can walk or ride bikes to the beach. We rarely need anything, but if we do, the management company is always very responsive.

Property is in a great location close to everything. The house was amazing and is nicer in person. Pool area was nice for the evenings and was plenty of room for my family of 12
