The house was very clean and all the towels and linens smelled fresh. The whole place was well stocked and equipped. It was so refreshing to step outside on the front porch in the morning with a hot cup of coffee and listen to the river running. Beautiful and quiet. Just what we needed

We had a lovely time at your vacation rental. The house is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and all of the linens and towels are of good quality. Communication with Patricia was great! I would definitely recommend this rental.

The house was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with many dishes, glasses and cookware. Beds were very comfortable. We had access to the host if needed, which it was not. The special touches they incorporated into the home were wonderful. We stayed there over Easter weekend and the added special touches were very noticeable and much appreciated.We did not have a pet but there is plenty of room for one. They provided fire wood for their fire pit and pellets for their grill, both of which we used. A! They also provided extra lap blankets for sitting outside while having morning coffee. Very nice touch on a cool morning. This host definitely thinks about their client and wants them to have a wonderful experience, which we absolutely did.The house is private and quiet, but not far from downtown and other events. Would definitely stay here again if the need arises.
