About this villa rental
Aliki Villa is set in beautiful private grounds amongst lush olive groves, measures 90sqm and is suitable for up to 6 persons.
The stone built villa consists of two storeys. The main entrance lead to a spacious living room with sofa bed, fireplace, television, and dining table for six; fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher and all utensils; and wc. The living room has doors leading to the swimming pool and pools terrace.
A wooden staircase leads to the uppfloor where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, separate bathroom with shower and spacious furnished verandas; utility closet with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms' doors lead to a veranda, with land and sea view.
(there is an additional charge of 15 euros per day. In detail, according to the tax law 5073/2023 and implementing decision number A.1202/2024, the "climate crisis resilience fee" replaces the residence tax, is imposed in favor of the State and is calculated per daily use and per room or apartment. the total amount will be paid upon arrival).

We had an amazing stay at this villa. It was a serene place to start and finish our days on the island. It was a very central location to all scenic spots on the island. The pool was amazing and very private. The check-in process was smooth, and our host met us nearby to escort us to the property since it's a little hard to find on the map. Communication was quick and efficient, and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was an idyllic location to unwind and relax. We would highly recommend this stay.

Wonderful property, very well appointed. House is in perfect condition, with clean pool and sea view from the bedrooms. Very quiet and relaxing. Owner was very communicative and pleasant to interact with. Gave us great advice on places to visit. Would return again!

Although a little difficult to find on the map, the villa and property was beautiful and very well maintained. The pool was clean and refreshing and rooms had A/C if/when needed. We had a fantastic week here.
