About this house rental

You can hear the ocean and smell the sea in this very large, renovated beach house with an ocean view and short walk from Smiths beach but away amongst bushland. Upstairs is ideal to relax, entertain your friends and enjoy the views with cathedral ceilings, wood fire and huge ocean facing deck with BBQ and dining. Downstairs is a rumpus room for big or small kids and outside has room for boats or boards. Ping-pong, X-Box, Wifi, firewood, and Netflix are included. Contact us to remove 7.5% levy.

Recently renovated in Hamptons style with new super comfy beds, large double bedrooms and plenty of room for big and small kids to roam. Also includes a desk, monitor, mouse and keyboard in case you need to get some work done.

The house was in a wonderful location, close to the beach and with good views of the surrounding area. The kitchen was fabulous. It had everything we could possibly want.

Great location. Host left a book of all local restaurants in the area. Beautiful house. Only there 1 night. Wish we could have stayed longer

Great house. Spacious and clean... great deck and views. Plenty of crockery, cutlery etc. The couch upstairs is huge and so comfy. The only thing i couldn't get to work was the netflix on the upstairs tv, but no big deal. Jeremy was a very helpful host and allowed us to check out extra late if we wanted to. Thank you Jeremy.
