Reliable Water Supply: No town water shortages here—we have our own underground water cistern to ensure continuous running water unlike many parts of the town.

Work & Stream Ready: Wi-Fi and a Smart TV area set up for all your streaming accounts.
Kitchenette: Equipped with basic essentials for preparing quick meals, coffee, and beach snacks.

This was a fantastic location for what I needed. It was simple. Easy. Clean. Happy with what I received. I felt safe. I had no issues with anything. I would absolutely hands down stay here again.

Although the hosts are not on site, Priscilla was very good with attentive communication and made sure that access was clear and easy. Personally I love the location..It's close enough to the town center yet removed enough to be a relatively quiet and peaceful with a nice community park across the street. The accommodations are new and comfortable, and the two level terrace offers a spectacular view across the bay to Puerto Vallarta. I would definitely stay here again
