Only 4 km south of Puerto Vallarta's Old Town and 15 km from the airport, the home is ideally located near Playa Boca de Tomatlán and Punta Negra Beach—two of the area's most beautiful and peaceful public beaches. Easily accessible via public or private transportation, with a bus stop right outside the community gates. It's also just a 30-minute walk to the LG River, perfect for a peaceful nature stroll.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Ventana al Mar. The host was very helpful and responsive. The house was about 30 minutes from the airport in a safe, secluded, gated neighborhood between the Hyatt and the Hilton. It was a 5-minute uber ride to playa los Muertos and restaurants. We had a hard time getting grocery/food delivery to the house because it is a new build and the address wasn’t showing up on the apps. That was a bit of a challenge but we were able to get it figured out for most of our deliveries at the end of our trip. The host brought us water when we were having issues with deliveries. Ubers/Lyfts were easy to get to the house. Coordinate having groceries at the house upon arrival with the host. The house is very open concept which resulted in coatis coming into the house and getting into the food in the kitchen, even the drawers. Just beware of securing food in the pantry. Also, the downstairs rooms are open concept so we didn’t feel comfortable having the kids sleep in the bunk bed room without an adult. We could hear traffic from the main road in a couple of the rooms but the AC/sound machines helped. We had such a blast in the pool and outdoor area. It was a super comfortable space for our two families (2 adults, 2 kids each family) and one grandma. Beautiful views and the host was exceptional!

Our group of 10 had such an amazing time during our stay. The place itself is so gorgeous and well maintained. The views, staff, location, amenities, all make it 100% worth it. We were able to book a last minute shuttle driver with our host as well which was incredibly helpful. 10/10 recommend for any size group, I cannot wait to visit back.
