Stay in our private community townhome with a 3 minutes’ drive to Shawnee Mountain Ski Area, 10 minutes’ drive to the Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort, and 15 minutes’ drive to Bushkill Falls, the Delaware Water Gap, Dunnfield Creek Appalachian Hiking Trail, and East Stroudsburg University (ESU). Come explore the great outdoors or relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Don’t wait. Start planning your next getaway!
Our home has 2 second-floor bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen size bed), Queen sleeper sofa, 2 full baths, a jacuzzi tub, sunken living room with wood burning fireplace, open kitchen and dining room area, washer and dryer, playground for children off the back deck, and 2 parking spaces directly in front of the townhome.
You have access to the entire townhome which comfortably accommodates 6 individuals. If you are a larger family or group, please note we have other homes in this complex. Proximity between homes ranges from 30 seconds to a 4-minute walk.
You can contact us before, and at any time during your stay with questions or concerns.
There is a security camera outside the front door and outside the sliding door for the deck.
NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING INSIDE OUR HOME.
No use of controlled substances in our home.
No firearms permitted in our home.
Please DO NOT disturb our neighbors.
If a violation occurs, guests must vacate immediately.

Beautiful place and the history was very communicatuve

This was a very clean and comfortable villa.
The only downside was the King size bed only had three pillows that were a bit too flat, more pillows was needed, also, If there are pull out sofas, then there should be linens and pillows as well for the sofa beds.

Margaret's home is beautiful, easily accessible, clean, and well taken care of. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend!

The unit is well stocked, clean and cozy. Communication with the host was amazing ... always quick responses! The wood burning fireplace was an added bonus!! All in all, a wonderful place!
