About this cabin rental
Rustic secluded remote rural cabin on 13 private acres located in the newly designated world’s largest International Dark Sky Sanctuary. Mostly off grid in nature on a seasonal lake with Playa access. Vast viewing area. Incredible birding with over 200 different bird species! Wildlife abundance! Immersion in a real natural setting, escape from city life. Second cabin on site available for groups larger than 4. DM for details.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Awesome hot tub for stargazing and the sunset was amazing! Great night spent in Summer Lake at this property. Would love to come back!

This house is absolutely incredible and the view is unbeatable. We really really enjoyed our stay here. I am not sure I have ever stayed in a house with a better view. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We definitely recommend using the filtered water in the fridge which had no sulfer taste at all. The host was extreme response and helpful. Previous reviews pointed out there were a lot of bugs, but we brought a few kinds of mosquito repellents, spent the majority of our time outside, and were absolitely fine. The hot tub was really nice to enjoy the dark skies at night or the beautiful views during the day. This place was truly secluded and very relaxing. We really enjoyed reading some of the many books in the house and listening the the radio on the top floor. The starlink worked well the entire time we were there and allowed us to stream whatever music we wanted over the Bluetooth function on the radio. I cannot recommend this house enough!

It was beautiful and a cool place. There was just no blankets and it was a bit dirty in some areas.
