— Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
— You have to follow Charlotte noise ordinance and make no noise after 9:00pm.

This property is a little undersized, especially if four or more people are staying there. I don’t know how six people could manage. The title of the listing makes it sound more spacious than it is.The kitchen had no large or mixing bowls, and no measuring cups or spoons. The back fenced-in area was old and tired and there is no covered front or back entrance. The walls and woodwork could use painting and the whole place was not really dirty, but did look a little tired.The neighborhood was nice and reasonably walkable. Beds were comfortable, but all there was for covers was a comforter. No top sheet was included. Bathroom was very nice and towels were plentiful.Overall, we had a nice stay and David was very accommodating. A solid 4 out of 5.

Close to event we were attending which is main reason for stay. David is very responsive and answers quickly. Quiet area and no real issues to report.
