About this house rental
This Grand Bahama Vacation Home is located on the water with a dock and boat access. She is professionally decorated and has a simple charm for both the beach goers and the fishermen. We have recently added a whole battery backup system and solar along with Starlink WiFi and a 550lb ice machine that sits behind the tiki bar on the dock. If you are a sport fisherman or like to play on the water, this is your tropical paradise. Pull your boat up to the dock or simply throw your bait in the water right out back at the landing. The house has been stylishly decorated, making it a warm and cozy place to read, relax or sunbathe on the back deck. The landing has a 15 foot deep canal that doubles as a gateway for some of the best fishing and diving the Caribbean has to offer. A short walk down the road leads to the beach or snorkel the canal looking for tropical fish and lobster. Yes Lobster! In the evening, you are only a few short miles from the night life at Port Lucaya where you can dance the night away, enjoy a delicious dinner; or simply sit on the veranda in the rear of the home and smoke a cigar, star gaze, listen to music or even make a little of your own.

The house & property was excellent. We came in by boat from West Palm and had no problem finding the house. The dock was great, only a couple of minutes to the open water. Unfortunately we had an issue with one of the Yamaha outboards but Jason was a wealth of information and was able to provide the contact info for the local Yamaha dealer. We were able to enjoy our fishing trip and the house. We are looking forward to another visit and will be there for a longer stay. Thank you Jason!

This was perfect for our quick Memorial Day weekend cross over. Quick drive out of canal to go fishing, we caught fish the entire weekend just five miles off shore out in front of the canal, we snorkeled in the canal right at the dock, plenty of room for our 35ft center console, outdoor area for hanging out and cleaning fish couldn’t be better and fresh water at the dock with power! Jason was by far one of the best hosts we ever had, him and a friend came and visited with us the day of our arrival and were a joy to hang out with and very accommodating! Next time we come over we are taking them fishing!! The house was spacious, clean and very well decorated. House was super comfortable and we all slept like babies! Kitchen was well equipped for us to cook our fresh catch! Amenities are close by as well! We will def be back!

Plus they have the best dock and location for accessing fishing. Great place to stay. Host and wife and awesome. Super friendly.
