Vị trí tốt, không khí chung tốt. Chú bảo vệ, các bạn lễ tân, đội ngũ lao công rất tốt.

Phòng ốc thông thoáng, gọn gàng, tuy nhiên phòng ở tầng 1 gần đường nên hơi ồn, thiết bị quạt hút mùi trong toilet không hoạt động, tủ lạnh không mát-lạnh.
