Painstaking original Spanish tiles were restored, and the building was renovated to bring out the original charm with very high ceilings. Some key features include comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, window darkening curtains, and a spacious bathroom. The apartment has a stovetop, microwave, and full refrigerator with all kitchen utensils and basic spices. The apartment provides clean and fresh linens with your stay and one white bath towel per guest. It includes an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
It has self-check-in and controlled access. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with all modern amenities to enjoy your beach and city stay. It is within walking distance of Condado Beach, Condado Lagoon, La Placita, and many museums and restaurants. Old San Juan and the airport are a 10-minute drive away.
The neighborhood is residential near an important commercial strip. It is located downtown, so street noises exist, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. It is lively, and many entertainment options are available by foot or short Uber rides nearby. Walking to places in the area and many other residents and tourists is generally safe.

The property was perfect for a group of 3! It was clean, provided all the essentials, and came with WiFi. The AC was great and even when we turned it off, the rooms stayed cool for a long time without it. Parking was great and the beach was just a walk away! We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back again. (Power outages are unpredictable but we only lost power once for less than 5 mins during our 1 week stay. The host provided a solar powered lamp which I thought was considerate.) Thank you!

Cozy and comfortable! We felt safe, we loved the space. Eddy and Nat were very responsive and attended us well. Thank you, I had a wonderful time. I'd definitely recommend

I loved the location walking distance to the beach, great variety of restaurants, Walmart and the bus stop.It’s in a residential neighborhood which was perfect for our family, the only noise was roosters at 4am lol…Very clean and comfortable place.
