Insane!

We had a lovely room in the old part of the property. Ceiling fan to keep us cool at night without the aircon being needed.
The bathroom and bedroom, spacious and lots of nice things (Karoo mineral sunscreen for example, nice touch).
Plunge pool perfect after my morning run down the gravel road towards the fig farm. And the breakfasts were amazing. Inga's sourdough, high quality, and the yoghurt and milk from the dairy next door were also great.
Hosts Albert and Inga were great, very informative and helpful and booked restaurant and ghost walking tour for us (I would recommend that highly).
It's also very conveniently located for a gravel drive up the Swartberg Pass.
Nothing, really. I was very happy with the quality of everything. Exceptional attention to detail.

This place is exceptional, the attention to details was front and centre, the owners and staff couldn’t do enough

Our stay at Dennehof Karoo was truly special. From the very first communication with Inga and Albert, we felt such warmth and genuine hospitality. We were already looking forward to our stay before we even arrived — and our expectations were absolutely exceeded.
Everything in the guesthouse has been arranged with so much love and incredible attention to detail. There is something special about every room and every little corner, and you can feel how much thought and care has gone into creating such a beautiful and welcoming place.
The same attention to detail continues at breakfast, which was wonderful. It is clear that Inga and Albert put their hearts into what they do and genuinely want their guests to feel comfortable and cared for.
We only stayed for one night, but it was enough to leave a lasting impression on us. Dennehof Karoo is one of those rare places where you immediately feel at home — and where you leave thinking, “We wish we could stay another night.”
Thank you, Inga and Albert, for making our stay so special. We would love to come back ♥️
