~ Gas grill included with what feels like enough propane to survive an apocalypse. Translation: grill away.
~ Kitchen is stocked with the essentials — cookware, dishes, utensils, microwave, stove, and all the basics for chef mode... or frozen pizza mode. No judgment.
~ Pets welcome for an additional $200 fee. Because vacations are better with the furry sidekick.
~ Parties are a no-go. Keep it fun, not viral.

~ Security note: the only camera on the property is a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and driveway
