Location, location! 98walk score-walker’s paradise! In the heart of beautiful prime Adams Morgan neighborhood. Spacious 2level, 3bedrooms, 2.5 baths Classic Rowhouse. Quiet street just steps away from the vibrant 18th St in Adams Morgan where there’s over 50+ restaurants, coffee shops, bars/nightlife. Half a block to Harris Teeter, 10min walk to 18th St restaurants, 10min bike ride to DuPont Circle, WoodleyPark/Zoo. Only 1.5 miles to the WhiteHouse, downtown, Chinatown etc. FREE street parking.

Spacious 2 level, 3Bedroom, 2.5 baths in Adams Morgan/Kalorama neighborhood close to everything. Just a block and a half to 18th St plethora of dining, coffee shops, grocery, shopping, public transportation.. all just steps away.

Overall we enjoyed the house. It was perfect for a family of four. It was in a good location - walking distance to restaurants and grocery and a short Uber ride to all the sight-seeing locations. We found parking right in front of the house on the street. The only challenge we had was that the porches were pretty dirty, so we didn't really use them. Also, we had issues with the air conditioning. The host says it was user error, but I'm not sure. Check-in on arrival was at 4pm, and we could not access the house until exactly 4pm. Usually rentals allow you to get in a little early - but not here - so we had to wait a little bit to access the property.

My two friends and I stayed here to attend a conference about a mile away. The walk to and from the conference was very nice the place was as walkable as advertised. Everything was easy to get in and out. The only thing is we had three adults, and one had to sleep in the bunk bed downstairs and found the mattress to be uncomfortable. I'm sure it would be great for a kid, but maybe not an adult. Great place!
