The condo is great! Kelly is a very responsive host!! The location is perfect and the property comes with everything you need, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.

Once again, this property exceeded our expectations throughout our repeat stay here. We may be biased having stayed here two years in a row, but Palm Beach Condos and this particular property is in the best location to explore the entire island. It's convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, airport, etc. Simpson Bay's beach is also amazing. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone considering a stay in SXM.

This house was just what my family wanted and needed. The island is so amazing and this house is the chef's kiss . The pool the beach the location ... top notch grade a property
