And outside, breathe in the fresh air off the Gulf on your furnished balcony - the perfect spot for morning coffee while you plan out your day using this home's complimentary internet access. You and your guests are also sure to enjoy the on-site, shared pool and tennis courts, while the beach is just a short walk or golf cart trolley ride away. This property offers 6 amenity bands. Note children under 12 will not need a band. Guest will be charged $50.00 to replace any lost bands.

I was impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked - lots of pans and dishes to use.The trolley to the beach was easy to figure out and super convenient. The drivers were fantastic.

Definitely a great value! The beach is a little farther than it appears on a map- but there is a golf cart shuttle that couldn’t be easier!! It picks you up at your building and brings you right to the beach! The pools and pickle ball courts are great as well.

This was a very nice place to stay. Also was the cleanest condo we have stayed in. The decor is beautiful, but the throw pillows are overdone in the bedrooms. The kitchen faucet broke our last week there. That was not a lot of fun as if you forgot water was everywhere and I did a lot of clean up. For some reason they could not fix it and instead of replacing it they waited for a part. But we were right by the pool and would definitely stay there again. The only reason for the 4-star rating was the faucet taking a week to fix. Otherwise, it was definitely a 5! They respond right away to anything, which was also GREAT!

Overall, the property was good. Walk to beach was a little further than what was described, however was still not too bad. Once you get out of the complex, the beach was only a block or so. You can't set up on the beach where the boardwalk takes you because it is private beach for several properties. So you had to trek about 30 yds or so before you could get to area where you could set up for the day. Bring a wagon that has wheels big enough to pull in sand! As for the unit itself, overall it was nice and clean, however there were issues, and communication in getting the issues addressed was poor. Main issue is that the TV in living room did not work. Reported issue on Sunday evening, was told Monday evening that it was broke and would need to be replaced, which never happened before we left on Friday. This should have been known and addressed before we ever checked in. No TV makes it a difficult week with kids needing to be entertained while not at beach or pool in the mornings and evenings. Also, there was standing water in the dishwasher when we arrived, and that was resolved by Tuesday. Lastly, the filter to the water dispenser on fridge needed to be replaced, which was also not addressed before we left and no response was communicated after issue was reported. Again, these issues should have been known and resolved before we ever checked in. Overall it is a nice condo and location, just need to be more proactive in addressing issues
