Gorgeous Gulf views from the spacious wrap-around Living room balcony. Located on the first floor, this unit makes for easy access to the beach! A Very Charming 3 bedroom, 3 bath flat, Queen bed in Master bedroom, 2 Twin beds in 2nd bedroom, Queen bed in 3rd bedroom. Comfortable relaxing furnishings. (no sleeper sofa) Plenty of room for the whole family. Fun family property! Gated community with boat ramp & docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake)

Condo was clean , host communication is excellent, great place for families.

The condo itself was not ideal. None of the TVs in the bedrooms worked, there are holes in the walls and the showers curtain fell in the middle bathroom. I thought I had read that there was a Keurig, but may be mistakenThe beds were not very comfortable either. For the money, the quality of the condo was not 4 or 5 star..We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed in the quality of this particular condo
