The residence was as described. The LSV was probably the best thing of the trip. Unfortunately, the HOA according to our property manager is extremely strict. We did notice that other units had the garage doors up regularly and some played music fairly loud driving through the community on in their LSV. Almost upon arrival, we were reminded to be quiet and any reports of noise could be reported to the authorities and possibly result in loss of our rental. I have never received a reminder in like that anywhere I stayed in the past. It may be common practice…it caught me off guard. We did not have a code to get in and out of the garage so we always had to go inside, regardless of what we were doing to open/close the garage. We did make a note of this, but we were told we would not have that code for the duration of our stay. Given the garage door being closed at all times due to HOA, that was a little frustrating. Trash cans have to be left inside the garage. Unfortunately whoever stayed before us had broken a couple of things and also left a mess in the trashcan so gnats were everywhere. We did report this. We battled gnats the entire stay in the kitchen area. Overall the home was nice and the location was good. The pool is nice, but the attendants are a bit much. I don’t know that I would stay at this same community again.

Excellent property! Clean, well stocked kitchen, generous supply of gear for the beach and a great golf cart. This property is at the back of the development and the small deck off the back is nice. The main pool area is beautiful. We loved the location - right in the middle between Seaside and Rosemary. We love Deer Lake State Park Beach - it has a long boardwalk from the parking lot but it’s worth the haul. The management company wasn’t the best but that’s not the owner’s fault. We would absolutely stay here again!

Property was nice - owners have thought of everything and then some. We loved the townhouse and the gulf cart. Our complaint is more with the property management group/cleaning team. We arrived to the garage code not working - the front door is around to the side so everytime we would come or go, we had to have someone stay and shut the garage door from inside and walk around or vice versa when we would get back to the house. We let the management team know on the day of arrival - their answer was to just use the front door. We ended up speaking to someone who handles the trash pick up and he stated that the garage code has been inoperable for some time now. Maybe they should add a garage door opener or the correct code. As far as cleanliness - the floors were so dirty throughout the house that the bottoms of our feet were black and our socks were gross - there was also a gross (white) stain on the footboard on the master bedroom bed frame. The extra pillows/shams had stains all over them. Just very dirty. On our last night, the golf cart broke down - we called the “emergency” number provided to us - it was a waste of time. We were told they would call us back - never happened. I got a text that they were sending a tow, however, we found someone who was able to help us and we were able to limp the cart back to the house (2 hrs later) I then received a call at 9:15pm wanting us to “let someone in” to look at the golf cart. There was no urgency to help us.
