About this house rental
This renovated house is located on the hill of Adamas, near the church of Saint Haralambos and the old elementary school. It is a century-old traditional home located close to many restaurants, cafes, boutiques, stores, and bus and taxi stops, while keeping itself hidden away in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the bay. Just a few steps away from Lagada Beach (200m ~ 3min walk) and only a bit of a walk to Papikinos Beach (1,5km ~ 20min walk).
The house consists of a living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a TV. The living room includes a big sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, a small stove, a coffee maker and anything that might be required to prepare meals. The main dining area has been designed on the outside where you can enjoy your breakfast/lunch/dinner with a beautiful view. There are 2 bedrooms, each has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 clothes hanging rack, 1 luggage rack and 1 boudoir with a mirror. There is also a 3rd bedroom with a beautiful view, a smaller bed (still double), 1 bedside table, 1 clothes hanging rack, 1 luggage rack and a mirror. Then there are 2 bathrooms, that both have a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Note: This is a duplex with two separate units. Guests will share a common staircase and a small walkway leading to the second unit. Each unit has its own private entrance, living space, and amenities. Beyond the shared staircase and walkway, all other spaces are private to each unit.

The host was exceptional - answered messages often in under 15 minutes. He was very personable and it was evident that his goal was to make this a great stay on the island. He had many great recommendations. We had a travel agent arrange transportation to the VRBO and airport since we had 5 people going, but there was a problem with communicating the transportation needs through my travel agent in the states. I would recommend taking advantage the hosts offer to make arrangements for simplicity’s sake. Rental cars are available at the airport or can be found in the port right by the VRBO. The property was very clean and comfortable. Mini splits are in each room for A/C and there is a washing machine available with drying racks. Host provided detergent pods. The place is in a great location. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants and a small beach. Just know that anywhere you go on the island, there will be steps/hills to walk.

This was a college graduation trip for my daughter and our son also joined so we needed 3BR. Listing was very accurate. This is a newly renovated townhouse with everything needed for a comfortable stay in Milos. Very convenient to the port and the cafes and restaurants. Just know there are stairs to climb from the port area. Beds were comfortable, showers had good pressure and were hot and AC was cold. Our favorite was enjoying a cocktail on the front porch with a view of the water after our days touring the island whilst everyone cleaned up for dinner out. There’s even a clothes washer available.Apostolos was an amazing host, he arranged for us to be met at the port and also provided all the information and recommendations (restaurants, tours, rental cars, things to do, etc) to make our trip great.Highly recommend.

Lazaros is by far the best traveling host I’ve ever stayed with. The apartment was incredibly clean and stocked with beach items / water / soaps and great air conditioning. Lazaros provided excellent information about the island and provided transport for us from the port as well as recommendations for ATVs / Car Rentals / Food. Please stay here if you can, it was an excellent space!
