If you’re looking for comfort and relaxation just a few minutes from downtown Lanciano, 5 minutes from the Val di Sangro industrial area, 10 minutes from the Trabocchi coast, and 40 minutes from the Majella National Park, we offer you the ideal solution. The apartment, equipped with every comfort, overlooks the wide valley and enjoys a strategic location while being nestled in the green hills of Lanciano.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a villa with a garden but has a separate entrance. Guests will have access to two air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with a balcony overlooking an olive grove, a spacious kitchen and dining room, a bathroom, and a roomy living area with two sleeper chairs. The property offers two reserved parking spaces. A supermarket, a bar, and a gas station are less than one kilometer away.
You can’t visit Abruzzo without exploring the Costa dei Trabocchi and taking a bike ride along the new greenway. Another must-see is the Punta Aderci promontory in Vasto, which is easily accessible and offers breathtaking views and crystal-clear waters. Don’t miss a walk along one of the many trails in the Majella National Park, and—why not?—a kayak trip down the Tirino River.

The Host was fantastic! Their attention to detail and communication skills were excellent. The Villa was clean, the location was quiet and the view was spectacular. My family and I would definitely stay at Villa Raffaella again!
