About this apartment rental

A beautiful, recently renovated two-room apartment of approximately 50 square meters, consisting of an entryway, a living room with a French-style sofa bed, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a wraparound balcony. Located on the first floor of a condominium building with an elevator, but effectively offering a third-floor view. It features many amenities, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and a wide range of kitchen appliances, from a coffee maker to a microwave. Small pets weighing up to 10 kg are allowed upon request.
