Beautiful views, great pools and hot tub. Splash pad was nice bonus. The condo was adequate for our nine guests. There's only a coffee pot there and did not have any filters. It actually had the wrong filter in it did not realize that till coffee was everywhere. But we did leave a new nice filter that fits the coffee maker for the next guest. The TVs especially in the master bedroom and one other bedroom could definitely use an upgrade where you could at least have streaming apps instead of just cable TV. They are very small and old school TVs in 2 rooms.. But more importantly a Roku or streaming TV especially in master bedroom. Wish we could have kept the A/C on a cooler temp as it was humid in the condo. The host did reply quickly to our A/C concern and brought us a dehumidifier that did help. All in all especially if the TV situation and air conditioning situation are upgraded or fixed, we will stay at this condo and room again!

Our family has been vaccinating at Ookaloosa Island for 20 years. This condo is by far our favorite. Everything in the condo is fresh and clean and extremely well maintained. The complex recently was painted and spruced up. The condo manager communicated early and often. Much appreciated.

The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants and fun activities all around. Thanks for a fun vacation! Our favorite part was the large deck with the beautiful view of the beach.

Beautiful& clean condo- bring a hair dryer though because there is not one in the unit. 🤦🏻♀️ Also if you plan to cook there is not a spice one in the condo (typically a salt/pepper shaker is atleast available ) Beach service is horrible!! You get a complimentary set but that will only get you a middle or back row selection- can only get front row if you pay for another set. The building itself was extremely clean and but if you drive a tall vehicle the parking garage is less than ideal!
