About this house rental
Space, Location and Serenity! Amazing home beautifully situated on an acre and a half and only 1.5 miles to Main Street Downtown or head in the other direction and you are only 4 miles to the East Entrance of the National Monument. You can even see the parking lot of the Lunch Loops Trailhead from house! This oasis of nature overlooks the Lunch Loops Trails, has views of the Grand Mesa and the National Monument and is even frequented by deer. We have 6 bedrooms containing 2 king bed, 4 queen beds. 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa in the living room with 3,500 square feet of living space waiting for you and your companions. From the 550 sq. ft. covered deck overlooking the Lunch Loop trails you can sit and relax while taking in views of the Grand Mesa and the National Monument. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the 26'x18' living room has a 65" smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The house even offers a beautiful 8' Olhausen Pool table and 65" high def TV in the second living room. The upstairs and bedroom #6 has a 55" high def TV. This is one place worth checking out! We do ask, please. no pets allowed in the house. This is greatly appreciated and is respectful to those guests that stay that may have pet allergies. Thank You!

Todd was great, he was there when we arrived to show us things about the house that were useful to know. We had an issue with the cooling in part of the house one evening and he came right over and got the problem fixed. Very comfortable home for our 93 year old mother, me, my 4 siblings and spouses. Nice to have all but one bedroom/bath on one level. Kitchen is well stocked for baking and cooking meals. Plenty of towels and bedding. House was clean, beds were comfortable and it was a pleasant surprise when we pulled the sheets and pillowcases off at end of stay to see clean white, non stained pillows and mattress covers. Covered patio is shaded all day, lot's of comfortable seating. Close to Grocery stores, tennis, golf, Colorado Monument etc. Most everything in the valley is within a 35 minute drive at most and lots of wonderful hikes and scenic drives within 1-2 hours. Beautiful area and not crowded like it is in our home state of Utah. Liked that grocery stores, shops and activities were close by, but house felt secluded. Huge dining room table was wonderful for meals games and gathering. There was more than enough parking space for our 5 vehicles, which was really nice, didn't have to move cars when somebody wanted to leave. Would stay in this house again if in the area with this many people.

The house was perfect for us. Clean and spacious, well-supplied, very nice furniture, great deck and beautiful views. The host was friendly and very welcoming. Other than GPS giving us the wrong directions for getting to the house, everything was great. (GPS should say turn on Mesa Vista, if it doesn't it's giving you the wrong road.) We all wished we were there for longer and a real vacation not just a quick trip. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you, Todd.

Property fit our group of 13 people great and we loved how well stocked the house was. Pool table was enjoyed by all! Views are spectacular from inside and out on the deck. Great property!

The house was excellent for all our needs. We love that every room except the 6th room has its own restroom. Which works great with all us couples.Definitely, family friendly. The host was great. He answered all our questions in a timely manner.,
