Just steps from great restaurants, breweries, galleries, fly shops, and near awesome hiking trails. Perfect for Griz graduation/ football/basketball games!

We are happy to provide a comfortable, foldable mattress, if you’d like to bring a 5th guest!
We would also love to host your pups but must charge a $50 fee per pet per visit for our housekeeping team. Limit to two pets per stay unless otherwise approved by the owner.
*All windows in the house except one in the kitchen can be fully covered for privacy.
* Monthly off -season rate- $2900 per month includes all utilities and surface street parking space.
Monthly rates are negotiable, depending upon the season and availability.

If you want a quaint, clean, well appointed stay in the downtown area...This is your place. It would be great to be here on a weekend with the farmers markets and other things that might be going on. Easy communication with the host and easy access. If there was an issue at all, it would be that since you are in the downtown area, you may encounter some street noise and possible people walking around. I felt very safe and comfortable here and hope to stay again.

Wynne was awesome! We appreciated the opportunity to leave our bags earlier/later. The place was in the heart of downtown, walking distance to everything we needed and fully stocked with all the essentials to feel at home. Super cutely decorated, true to style. Highly recommend!

This has been one of the best properties we have stayed at. The hosts have been so communicative, the property is tastefully decorated and is quite comfortable. It's perfectly located and within walking distance of so many establishments. We would like to stay here every time we come back to Missoula!

Good kitchen and size, good location downtown. Dirty carpet in bedroom, plastic furniture and just okay beds, long time for hot water. Good effort to provide adequate facilities, but the cost was not proportionate to what we received.
